I' ve got lots (i.e. to many) cases already.  But nothing in the pile fits this gun well. Close.  But the best that works is VERY tight due to the combination of thumbhole and scope.  Need something that fits.  Want to avoid running the world over to find the right fit.

What's a good fitting soft case for the the V2 Thumbhole with a Leupold VX-II ?

Well you guys weren't much help on this one.  Soooo....  I just went ahead and did me some web surfing and ordered me a Kryptek Premium in 48".  It has a 10" interior height.  Should be plent of room to get my new tool (see note) in with sling still attached.  Midway USA has them on sale for 25% off.  Looks like a nice case.

Note:  I have been told I have too many guns.  So now, I call the new one a "tool" with which to fill the freezer.  Didn't help any, but i tried!

The cha soft case is a great one. Have many of them for cha and other guns. Seems like you got one so hopefully it works out! Let us know how it holds up.

Ha!  Had that happen many times.

Does the CVA fit well on the thumbhole V2 with scope?

Yes, even with high scope mounts it fits good. A little snug, but thats a good thing IMO.
