So went to Home Depot and the guy looked at me funny when I asked if they have a number #32 drill bit. So is this a 3mm drill bit if I were to ask at another store.

Yes you can use the 3mm drill bit.

Can you also use a 1/8 too.

I have a qrbp that fits the accura, optima, etc. and a 1/8 won't fit but a 7/64 will. The 7/64 goes right in when its clean but goes in with a little resistance when its build up a little bit with carbon.

You can use an 1/8" if you drill out the flash channel with it, other than that, its either 3mm or #32.

Try ebay for the #32 drill bit.
