PostSubject: Modern muzzleloader question.   December 26th 2013, 1:01 pm

Having shot a lot of flintlock and percussion rifles, I need help with a modern firearm. Santa brought me a .50 Cal Traditions Evolution rifle. But I've never shot with a sabot. Need some advice and "how to" on this. Is there a site available to offer a bit of info on shooting with sabots ?
Thanks,
Bob Rinaldi

Lots of sabot shooters on here.

One I know traditions loves is the 260 & 300 grain harvester scorpion PT Golds in the harvester crush rib sabot.

With the Evolution, you'll be shooting either pellets or T7,American Pioneer or Pyrodex Loose powder. Goex black powder is great as well.

Check out these short cut down into step videos I put together.
