just wonder if you clean factory grease or oil before you start shoot ? well i just got my LDR back from factory and notice that breech plug had heavy grease over the thread and on the o ring and the flash channel hole i need to get that gun ready to smoking some bullets when carol shipping my supplies soon

yeah completely clean the plug & bore out really well. Add a little grease to the breech plugs O ring before reinstalling.

do i have to remove the heavy o ring out of breech to clean ? and what tool do you use to get ring off and the clean bore and grease what do i need to use ? a rag and a patch with damp of windex ? or use bore scrubber  ?

no leave that one alone, just use some rubbing alcohol, soak a patch and then simply wipe off the breech plug to remove the anti seize. It may take many patches but leaving some of the stuff on there isnt a bad thing. Bore Scrubber would work excellent as well, spray the plug down, wipe it hard until its clean and then use the white lithium grease on the O ring to keep it from going flat.

alright, that one is pretty heavy and thick grease on breech plug right now, and do you ever grease breech if storage  in gun case for long period after shooting ?

nope, just clean it after shooting, apply some grease to the breech plug o ring and leave it as is.

I gave my Optima V2  a good cleaning of all factory oils and dust etc. Then gave a good JB Bore  treatment to new barrel. Sabbots load great, tested sabbots . Loose sabbots load smother, Tight sabbots load smoother. Made a big difference when loading  now get a smooth push for sabbots.
