PostSubject: Converted my Wolf   September 19th 2014, 8:03 pm

Late this evening I wanted to shoot something with a scope on it. The only muzzy I have with a scope is the CVA Wolf with a 3-10x44 KonusPro mounted on top. I plan on using a few layers of duck tape under the scope for protection as the scope will later go on my M44 Mosin Nagant.

Anyways, I converted it over to shoot Musket caps, got everything greased with Moly, worked smooth and seems like everything will work out as it should.

Going to start with 295gr HP Powerbelts and 80 grains 3f Goex. I will be swabbing between each shot for best accuracy.

Sighting in for 50 yards and if I have time, 100 yards.

Good luck with the cleaning after a good range session......My Rolling Block uses musket caps and I have to strip her completely after shooting to get all the fouling out of the action.
