Anyone have loads for yotes? I have been invited on a hunt and I am thinking of using my Ruger M77 Mark II in 25-06. :Grace

I have the same gun. It was so heavy (and barrel heavy) that I had it fluted. It balances much better now and still shoots great groups.

I don't shoot varmints with it though. It's a beanfield gun and my most accurate load is with Sierra 117 gr. spitzers.

Bob they are a great gun..when Ruger made good rifles ...they still do but you pay for them...i also had a .44 mag flat top blackhawk that I used when Metal Silouette first came around....I sold it..wish I kept it..worth alot now for the flat tops....

here is a load I used for coyotes...one of many but this one had a star meaning I liked it

one was 56 grains of IMR 4350 with a 87 grain sierra varminator\
same bullet with 48 grains of IMR 3031...

I like speer and sierra bullets back then...they shot like arrow...I know I use some Hornady also..but liked the others a bit more....

these loads will push you near 3500FPS..FAST...hope your not saving hides...haha...

these loads use to vaporize chucks ..like hit with a RPG...
