Carlos
Here are the pictures of Carlos's new Dance Partner. Well since Dave was so nice to put up my pics, and thanks Dave, here is what I got. It is a 40 cal., and it has a 26" barrel Pac Nor barrel with a 1/16 twist rate. The bore is .400/.408, it is duracoated, with a Hogue rubberize stock, and it has been bedded. I took it out of the stock yesterday, and adjusted the trigger down to 3.5 pounds. This will be able to shoot both smooth size bullets and full form. No need to get another die done since the one I had for my first 40 cal. which is also a 1/16 twist rate works just fine. I will be able to shoot the SST'S 200 gr. , Barnes 195 gr., CEB's 240, and the Barnes 300 gr. out this gun. Sunday is the day so stay tune.

I asked him how he was going to shoot it or if he will be able to, I see it does not have a break on it, He might need to back the powder charge down. affraid

Maybe you should get one of those air cushions to help cushion the bounce off of the ground when she knocks you over.

You had better get something for your shoulder maybe your ass and maybe some kind of seat belt. From the looks of that rifle and your going to push it to 2900 fps, your going to  need all the help you can get. Don't forget to use 2 pairs of ear protection. Gunna be loud affraid

Ray................Just kidding buddy. Have a great time with it but be careful. Wink

Looks great Carlos!  That would be very close to what I would like to build for a hunting rifle someday. Can't wait to see the range reports.

Thanks for all the great comments. I'm really going to like this gun, and yes Dave, Al I have gotten a air cushion which I will tie to my butt, I will also lay a air mattress down behind me just in case, and I'm trying to figure how to tied a pillow to my shoulder also. Cole did a great job on this gun, and what makes me feel so good about is that I helped him form getting stuck with it. we are like a band of brothers here and when we can we help each other out. will be taking her out this Sunday for the first test run. Now a need a name for her.
Carlos
