PostSubject: NEW DANCE PARTNER   July 19th 2015, 5:32 pm

well finally got everything together to include the sizing die and took her out to the range to sight in and try a few different bullets thru it. Sight her in at 100 yrds using the 200 gr. SST's ran thru the sizing die. It was hot about 90*, but it had to be done. The first target is the last three I shot which were the CEB's 240 gr. annealed and sized, but this time the barrel was so hot you could not touch it, but she put them in there. The second target is the sight in target, had to adjust right and up, and she did just fine specially since by the fifth shot the barrel was real hot. Ended up put six in the bull, the first 3 were low, so adjusted up just a bit, and shot three more. I finally stop after I shot the CEB's due to the heat. The load was 10/50 10X and the average speed was around 2900 FPS.  Real happy with this one also, but still needs a bit more tuning as soon as it cools down a bit. This is also a 40 cal. Also a pic of what the range looks like after they re-done it.
Carlos
