PostSubject: My girl's Trapper's model   July 10th 2016, 7:10 pm

Okay you got to understand my bride immigrated in 2002.......she became a U.S. citizen back in December. Understanding the culture of where she grew up, she wouldn't even allow her boys to play with toy guns growing up in Kent England. After we moved to Idaho, Clair wanted to get into shooting, so I bought her a Taurus .38 special snubby. She loves shooting. I finally talked her into getting a rifle........after much consideration, I decided on Rossi Mod 92 in .357/38special. Knowing there was little chance she would ever start hunting and as she looks so good in a pair of tight fitting Lady Wranglers and cowboy boots Cool ......I decided a lever action was the way to go.

She was shooting my '72 open top in .38 special and was actually hitting the target more with it then her little snubby.........so I may have to save up to buy another open top in a 4 3/4" barrel........... Light Bulb cowgirl action shooting???? t up

Show her old Rifleman episodes. The gun angle and the "kid and his dad" angle will hook her.

John Wayne out does the Rifleman when he held the reins in his teeth riding hell bent for leather twirling his rifle while also shooting a revolver with his left hand. I forget the movies name.
