I like to practice with the Harvester PT Golds (260 gr), black crushed rib sabots and 70 grains (by weight), 100 grains (by volume) of BH209.  You may have to tweak it a little for your rifle but that's a good starting point.  Have fun!

With my Encore, I practice with 250 grain Hornady SST low drags over 100 grains of BH209.  During hunting season, I switch to Barnes 250 TEZ and use a Harvester smooth sabot.  Both give exceptional accuracy.  The Barnes is choice for hunting.
