They're just actors. Anybody can put on clothes. I'm sure me and Jon are closer to the real deal than they are. I doubt either of them hand out in the mountains.

I'm sure i'm in better shape than the Bear Claw actor.

Maybe  Question   Exclamation   Rolling Eyes   headslap  depends on how long they have been in the ground...  Deadhorse

GRRW built Robert Redford a Kit Carson Hawken right after the movie had its first viewing. Doc said he was talking to Greg Roberts about the work schedule and this guy walks in wearing sunglasses, beat up wool shirt and old Levi's and asked about ordering a Hawken. When he took the sunglasses off both Doc and Greg were in shock, they couldn't believe a movie star walks into a shop in Roosevelt Utah.

I enjoyed him in Jeremiah Johnson. Not sure I would have liked him in every day life however.

Is that gun the one in the picture above? It's a LH Hawken. I think it's a Hawken, but I don't see any wedge keys.

A cheap Italian copy of their idea of a Hawken rifle, not even close.
