I shoot both traditional and modern front loaders.
These boolets are fantastic in modern front stuffers.
I've used them for years and they are spot on accurate.

Are you using a sabot with these bullets?  Reading the info I couldn't quite tell.  They look like a great bullet.

Their Vari Flame adapter looks like a solution searching for a problem. What's wrong with just using 209 primers like the guns were designed for?

Our previous president had bullets, ammo, primers and powder dry up from the store shelves. The adapters IMO would be a great back up plan if you already reload for pistol or rifle. I know at one point I was paying $10 for a tin of percussion caps.

There are a number of websites showing how to make your own percussion caps if it came down to that.

Here's one site I looked at: http://www.wideopenspaces.com/making-homemade-percussion-caps-black-powder-guns-video/

Yes, using sabots.

PR makes great bullets and I believe the only outfit that
makes so many different great bullets.

Great idea.
IF you aren't ready for a potential shortage of caps.

At a hair over 1 cent each there is no reason not to stock up.
Just my not very humble opinion.
Perhaps why I have thousands of caps,
several pounds of pure lead, molds, 15 thousand rounds of
.22 rim fire...........................
Just ammo I've bought over the years and put away as I
could afford it.

We had protesters during the Florida bear hunt.
(We don't have one this year)

I knew some folks who were going to protest. They were passing out fliers
for people to wear black tee-shirts to show their support for the bears.
Then they were gonna gather and go to the parks where they thought
hunters might be to make themselves heard the day of the hunt.

I told this person that purposely putting on a black shirt to look more like a bear
and then to stumble around in the woods was a good way to get shot by mistake.
Hunters wear orange. Bears wear black. That was also not where the cameras were
likely going to be if they were trying to get a message out. I politely asked them to
protest all they wanted, but please, for their own safety- stay away from the woods.

The startled look on their face was genuine. They had never considered the stupidity
of this particular action, the potential ramifications, or the possibility of a polite and
concerned hunter.

I was promised that they would stay away from active hunting areas and that I should
not worry for them. I heaved a sigh of relief because I eat everything I shoot. Very Happy

Same thing with the camo bunch thinking the could hide in modern or muzzleloading seasons and get closer. Question

When informed they would come closer to their maker than to the game. They figured that one out real fast. tongue

I stopped a hiker who was hiking legally in a WMA during an organized hunt. He was wearing a tan chamois shirt. I told him there was a hunt going on and he would be safer and it would be wise to change his tan shirt for an orange one. He naively replied, "I'm not hunting, I'm just hiking. I'm not required to wear orange."  DUH! geek

What a snowflake idiot.

I once saw a guy here in Ohio on PUBLIC hunting land wearing a brown hat decorated
with pheasant tail feathers!!! Mad Mad

Wonder if he survived the day?

I got as far away from him as I could.
