I'll be trying it out in a few weeks once moved into the new home.

I'm planning on sending the kid that runs this place a GRRW-CA rifle for testing, barrel bedding, lock & trigger tune up, pictures, etc. He's going to use this rifle (a GRRW Collectors Association Leman Trade Rifle percussion half-stock in .50 caliber) to write a review for the magazines.

Once that's done and I have it back I'll send him another GRRW-CA rifle for testing, barrel bedding, lock & trigger tune up like the first one. Don't know if this is really needed but it will serve our purpose. He'll use this second rifle (a GRRW Collectors Association J&S Hawken flint full-stock in .50 caliber) to write another review for the magazines.

Our plan will be to do all (5) models in time with the same idea. This will help GRRW-CA and Jon's SERVICES business with advertising both at the same time.

The weather at this week's deer camp was brutal.  Raining, wet snow about 6" with temps dipping down to about 7 degrees F.  The rifles were soaking wet and my son-in law said his brand new Remington had a little rust.  So I brought over some "Frontier's Anti-Rust & Patch Lube" which I think is the perfect product in that kind of weather.  I wiped his and my grandson's gun down with the lube and said now you're good to go.  Mine and my son's rifle were actually done prior to the hunt and then a quick once over while hunting.  No problems.

The patch lube sticks to the metal where oil can be rubbed off easy.  Great product for foul weather for sure.

Awesome to hear Joe!

I just finished lubing some maxi balls with the lube as well. It can be used for a conical lube without melting off or getting to squishy. No waxy crap to deal with either!
