I'll be taking both my in-lines,  T/C Encore and CVA Accura MR to deer camp.  For the fun of it I like to switch off.  Same load for both: 75 grains (by weight) BH209, Barnes 300 grn Expander MZ, CCI mag primers, black smooth sabot.  The MR weighs 8lbs. 1oz. and the Encore weighs 8lbs. 8oz., I really like both rifles.  I hope now that I get to pull the trigger, no doe tags, bucks only this year where I hunt.  The felt recoil is a little greater on the MR.

And I thought you were going to use your long rifle?  No

I'm not confident with that yet.  I am expecting some bad weather, rain and snow on opener so I don't want to take a chance.  Yes I'm a wussy!   Rolling Eyes

Our gun season opener is next Sat. too. It goes until the 21st of Jan. too, I think. Up in north Fla. they can hunt halfway through Feb.
Most of my deer hunting will be over by the first of December unless I draw some more tags.

Good Luck Joe. Knock a big one down! I took my buck with my bow last night, but I still have my management tag to fill.
