i like that ! the stock has an old look to it with that color ,the perfect look for a side lock . good job on the metal as well . i bet its great to shoot a gun you build yourself . thank you for sharing .

edit looks like you did a fine job inletting the parts too .I really like that . i hope to build a kit when i can afford to get the proper tools .

wow that is a nice color stain on that stock!

May want to update the sights though, had them on an inline and every time i'd pull it out of the gun case, the sights would fall off.

Thanks for the kind words.

The stain is dark brown from Homer Dangler.

The most work with these Traditions kits is the stock. Metal parts are nearly ready to use perhaps some polishing or filing.
