 Grilled Trout

Took couple Trout, breaded with Course Ground Black Pepper, couple Lemon Wedges inside, grilled them and Sweet Corn over Open Fire.

Dang good eats.

my friend does what you do all the time. as soon as he catches trout he cooks them over a fire. they are so easy to cook and any ways you do them they taste really good.

On primitive outings have cooked just caught trout on flat rocks (just need to watch the rock, if it show signs of cracking - get away from it).

Nothing beats brookies cooked next to the creek. Brings the bears in like crazy.
