Been a while since I've been out shooting! Have had a lot going on lately with supplies and hunting, but to hell with them all, I need to get out and exercise my trigger finger! Got my range box all set up, now I just need a little calm weather to sit down and relax behind the rifle.

Tomorrow I will try 80 & 90gr Black MZ with a patched round ball and my new red patch material with a felt wad.

Going out shooting myself this morning...looking for a buck !! Old Brutus and I will give it our all..which isn't as much as I could give it was when I was younger. We have a couple of months of season here to put some venison in the freezer and I would probably just like one buck and one doe for the wife and I.
How many other guys are using their muzzleloaders and turning a round ball into some good eating?
