Not the aluminum blocks, but the gadget that grabs hold of the breech plug.

I've looked at all the action wrenches I know of and can not find an exact copy.(sorry)  It would be very easy to manufacture one, or you could contact Brownells .

A large cresent wrench is what most use and have used throughout the decades.  You just need to use them correctly not like most do - backwards. Shown is the correct way to tighten a plug (using the solid part of the wrench not putting all the pressure on the adjustable jaw). This is what we use, its a "Channellock 830 30" Heavy Duty Adjustable Wrench" with wide width jaws, they are a little pricey at $300 bucks, but last forever.
