Cabela's will have everything you need to start out or you can try some local sporting goods stores in your area, if you're lucky they might have some .54 stuff.  Depending on your level of addiction, start surfing the web for muzzleloader supplies, sabots, bullets, patches....etc. Good luck.

I agree with T.O.T.W. and also might try The Possibles Shot. Ask plenty of questions first though to ensure you buy the right stuff and don't have to spend extra replacing it with something better.

Now thats a cool looking litle pistol! If not CVA, most likely a jukar. That looks just like a cva colonial though, i had 2 of them.
