Humid weather shouldn't do that to the accuracy. Was the scope dialed in for that load at that distance?

How long were you letting the barrel cool down between shots?

Sounds more like a loose scope mount or rings. Weather can always affect the rifles accuracy though. When shooting long range with my sidelock, I have to let it cool down otherwise my accuracy impacts LOW left.

Sounds like what Toby Bridges calls the funny time .  If the outside temp is 70+ degrees and you don't give the barrel 5-10 mins between shots pushing that plastic sabot down that warm barrel is going make that sabot do funny things.  I'd check the screws on the mount and rings  and go back to the farm and see if you can recover any of your fired sabots and see what they look like.

I've noticed that there is a difference in velocity between shooting early in the morning and later in the afternoon when it is hot and humid , but I'm using black powder not BH209.

I'll ask again. Was the load dialed in before this shooting session?

Was the scope dialed in for the load you were shooting? You were shooting 90gr before, and this session you were shooting 110 gr. Did you dial in the scope?

Today I was at the range the temp was middle 60's but with a lot of sun.   I would get the  a shot high every third or 4th shot until i figured out what the issue was heat. Once I figured out that even at 60 and hotter that  I had to allow at least 5 min between shots and more between the 2-3 shot ,and remove the sabots from the sun the high fliers went away and with the temps in the 70 I got 2 groups at 13/4 with 2 shots at one inch.  I also noticed that the sabots had a petal slightly folded when hot vs flat petals off a cool barrel.  The charge and scope settings were the same the only change was opening a new box of the 300 gr harvesters.
