 Lyman Great plains parts

PostSubject: Lyman Great plains parts   July 28th 2014, 4:31 pm

Can anyone tell me the size and thread of the trigger adjusting screw (between the triggers)on a Lyman Great Plains rifle, I just got one of these (used) and the trigger adjusting screw was turned in as far as it would go and half the head is torqued off the screw. Looks like the previous owner adjusted it a little too much. Screw too short???

try www.dixonmuzzleloading.com I think they do warranty work for the lyman muzzle loaders.

It needs a longer screw to work right. Use a 5.5x8mm.
