I ordered all necessary stuff from Carlos, but not really sure what this drill bit is for?

The drill bit is for cleaning the flash hole channel out. It is the only way to get the carbon built up out of it.

I clean it out every 5-6 shots. It's easy with the drill, and it keeps accuracy consistent.

Yes, always by hand. It cuts out the carbon easily.
