Can I use BH 209 in my TC Renegade?   If so, will it shoot with #11 caps, or would I have to convert to 209 caps?

You'll need a 209 primer.

Covert to 209 primers. It did great with a 1:48 twist sidelock I had, superb accuracy.

I use a Mag Spark with 209 primers on my Hawken. It has never failed to ignite the BH209 powder.
