Hi to all, just purchased my accura v2 and getting ready to sight it in. My goal is to shoot goex ff and 250 gr reals. Anybody else using loose goex in their cva? Was wondering what kind of groups you are getting and how much powder youre using?

Welcome to the forum first off!

Second, the 250gr REAL will not shoot worth a beans in the V2 simply due to it being such a short bullet. I've had good luck with the 1:48 twist but that REAL in 250 and 300 just will not shoot for me in the CVA's I've tried.

It wasn't a group but more like a shotgun pattern with buckshot.

Oh, thats not good, how about the 320 gr reals? If not is there something else i can cast that will group tight? I have an unlimited supply of nice soft lead and i like to shoot a lot. Im hoping im not stuck having to buy the store boughts. What have you had the best groups with? Thanks for the reply.

you can get them to group good but in my experience with real bullets in the past is they need a lower powder charge to shoot good between 70 -90 grains and I never tried them in the 1-28 twist guns.
