| As it turns out, this one has the USA Douglas barrel and is stamped USA. I was going to replace the barrel since the owner says its rough, but with it being a Douglas, I'll send it off to Hoyt and let him ream it out and install a .54cal 1:72 twist liner instead! Curly maple stock ( stock wasnt finished at all) Its the super early one with the hexagon ramrod thimbles. Hell, I may build it up and keep it and then just sell my 58! [img]  [/img] |

| this maple looks friggin nuts! its nothing but curl.
The bore doesnt look that bad, i see surface rust but when i get some time i will clean it and take a better look.
I dunno! Its so tempting to keep her and restore it back to original caliber. |
