PostSubject: THE PHOENIX AT THE RANGE   December 27th 2015, 10:34 am

Well finally go the take Dave's gun out to the range today, and shoot her for the first time. The load was 95 gr. of IMR 4350, with the Barnes TSX 350 gr. annealed and full form. I shot it at 100 yrds, and since I had two bullets left once I got her sighted in, I took her out to 200 yrds. I'm real please with the results, and he gun will drive tacks. The average speed was 2508 fps, so I will take her up a few grains to see how she will shoot. trying for 2600 fps. Dave I hope you are happy with the results so far, and yes you will get her soon, but I need to test it one more time. The firs target was 200 yrds, and the second was the 100 yrds, sighting.

Great shooting Carlos. The more I see that stock color the more I like it. I know Dave can't wait to get it.
