I'm envious and "drooling" all over my keyboard at the same time!  Congrats on the nice rifles.

It is awful pretty! The wood looks a lot like mine! It would be hard to tell us apart at a glance.

How did you luck across a .36? I've wanted one for a couple of years but was too cheap to pay the prices asked for the few I got wind of..

Its from Bill Eyre son, he has a gun safe full of custom muzzleloaders his Dad has built for him, he likes custom bows and I have a few to trade..

The bow Im trading I gave over 900.00 for it back in June so Im paying a good price for the gun, bow market sucks right now so would take a big loss on bow to sell it outright.

yea I don't shoot as much as I used to but from 2003-2010 I owned at least 200 different customs..
Im down to 5 right now after tomorrow it will be 4 if the trade goes thru.
I used to buy/trade for 3-4 customs a week for along time, hunted with them and shot 3-D and traditional Dart league for 5-6 years. You could say I was a bow addict:)

Those are beautiful long rifles!
I haven't shot my bow in many, many years. I supposed I should get it restrung and tuned before using it again.

I am not a fan of torch-burnt stocks or ramrods. I would sand down the ramrod and stain it if it were mine .. but it's a beautiful gun.
