Meh.  I'd drop the stuffer, take the toothpick out of my mouth, and stab him thru the eye for 100% certain brain kill.  

Then sit back and have me some smacking good bear steak for supper.

I just recently watched Man in the Wilderness with Richard Harris. Looking at that picture took me back to the bear scene in that movie. Wasnt any bear steak eaten that day. Al

i have often read the Lewis and Clark hikes encounters with plains grizzly bears.
